By using our taxi service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Saz HolidaysΒ  provides transportation from one location to another within our service area. Passengers may request rides through our website, or by calling our dispatch center.

3. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:-

a. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠:
Passengers can book rides through our , website, or by phone. Rides are subject to availability.
b. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Payment for rides can be made via cash or electronic paymentΒ  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β methods accepted by Saz Holidays.

4. π…πšπ«πžπ¬ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐒𝐜𝐒𝐧𝐠:-
a. Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on time and distance traveled. Pricing details can be found on our website, app, or provided upon request.
b. Special Offers: We may offer promotions, discounts, or package deals. These may be subject to specific terms and condition

5.𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & π‚πšπ§πœπžπ₯π₯𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐒𝐜𝐲:-
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival, but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

6. π‚πšπ§πœπžπ₯π₯𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐒𝐜𝐲:-
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  1. 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/Travel service/ service cost
  2. 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/Travel service / service cost
  3. 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/Travel service / service cost
  4. 03 days prior to arrival 75% of the Tour/Travel service/service cost
  5. 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note :-Β 

  1. The above cancellation and refund policy is not applicable for daily use within kochi city limit.
  2. For Outstation Minimum 100 K.M Per Day Average Payment.
  3. Rates Not valid for long weekend and Any Festival
